IN-PATIENTS/ATTENDANTS

Visiting Hours- For patient party

ITU/HDU/NICU- (Mon-Sun)
10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. / 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Ward/ Cabin- (Mon-Sun)
10 a.m. to 11 a.m. / 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
  • No visitors are permitted beyond the visiting hours.
  • Attendant passes are given at the time of admission which allows only one visitor per patient in ITU/NICU/HDU, and two visitors for other patients. The passes are to be shown to the security personnel at the time of the visit.
  • (Patients/Attendants are requested to follow the visiting hours strictly. It is advisable not to crowd at the patient’s bed for the speedy recovery of your own patient and fellow patients.)
  • Deposit Money- Amount to be deposited at our cash counter against a money receipt at the time of the admission of the patient. Money to be deposited only at the designated counter for our services against a proper receipt.
  • Children below 12 years of age are not allowed to visit patients.
  • For patients admitted in ITU/HDU/ NICU only one attendant is allowed to visit/see the patient with the permission of the doctor/RMO once a day during the visiting hours.
  • Patients in a single occupancy cabin can have a relative/attendant with them with an additional payment of Rs. 500 per day for his/her stay.
  • Patients admitted in a particular room/ward can be shifted to a different room/ward with a written request subject to availability.
  • Both patients and attendants should ensure that they maintain silence and discipline. The cleanliness of the premises should be maintained.
  • The hospital shall not be held responsible for the loss of valuables like ornaments, mobile phones etc. and advises not to keep the same with the patient.
  •  introduction, Ventilator, TMP, Central line which are life saving means or to administer any drug or medicine to the patient as per the advice of the attending physician without prior consent of the patient/attendant and in such circumstances, the patient/attendant shall remain bound to bear the necessary charges.
  • Life support systems cannot be withdrawn from on the request of the patient or his/attendant or relatives. Patient party may secure discharge of the patients only by executing risk bond.
  • All investigations are to be done from the hospital’s pathology or radiology department or the hospitals tie up centers and all medicines are to be purchased from the hospital’s pharmacy against a proper bill.
  • Doctors can shift the patient to a different ward/ITU based on the conditions without any prior information.
  • The patient cannot request to change their doctor after admission.
  • Records of the patient cannot be altered/amended after admission unless patient party submits an application for the same along with relevant documents attached.
  • The certificate of birth, discharge, death etc. cannot be changed once issued.
  • The hospital does not have a blood bank or an authorized person for procuring the same. It will be the responsibility of the patient party to collect blood from the bank. The hospital shall only provide a requisition and a blood sample.
  • In case of a surgery, the patient party shall have to pay all the O.T. charges 24 hours prior to the surgery.
